Customer Service/Product Development Coordinator (Johnston, RI location)

This position is responsible for assisting our customers with orders, returns and overall navigation of our systems and processes.  In addition, this position will be a dual role with Product Development, supporting Sales/Design in developing new items from the creation, through final approval and setup.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with orders, returns and overall navigation of our systems and processes

• Creating and processing artwork requests

• Creating and processing tooling and die requests (knowledge of basic measurements a plus)

• Processing quotes

• Researching materials

• Processing new item setups

Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to work in a team environment is a must in order to be successful as a Customer Service/Product Development Coordinator. Being detailed oriented, creative, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment are key skills as well. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of Adobe Illustrator a plus but not mandatory.
